What isn't listed there is that the SM3 lead-ins are in the last 3 stages. You should notice increased attraction with women during those stages. Also, that EHPRA and OGSF are in every stage of the program.

It hasn't been good for me so far, but I'm an atypical case it seems. I'm halfway through stage 5 now.
Make sure you have excellent mastery of AM6 bulletpoints on it's sales page before moving onto a magnet to give yourself the best chance of success on a magnet. If you're honest and it turns out you don't have great mastery of them, then it's best to redo AM6 before moving on and trying a magnet.

Just saw this Brother Thor! I don't regularly check this area of the forums is why.
Anyhow, never feeling like going out? all the time, but I had that before I used subs
As for cleaning, yes, I have higher standards of cleanliness now. It's all part of the program.
