Damn, that hurt me lol
And back to the original question of this thread, thank you very much.
So far there has been mainly the following points related to the question:

e programming has the time to sink in. Like AM6 then a little pause with another sub then AM6 again.
I would say it's the same with SM3.
Which should be SM3 then a resting period then SM3 again. The resting period could be AM6.

(08-16-2015, 10:36 AM)LionKing Wrote: [ -> ]I'd quess the reasoning is that if you run all those AMs first then you'll have a very solid foundation, which translates into accepting and expressing the suggestions given in SM in a short amount of time.
When you start expressing the behaviors, you start consciously expecting them from yourself,
at which point it becomes self-regenerating and all that snowflake theory jazz.

Contrasted with running SM directly with a less-than-great foundation (e.g. lots of fear),
you might be too stiffled/needy/whatever to start expressing the suggested behaviors and there would never be a chance of them becoming the "new you". Of course you'd have a head start when you come back to it the next time. You'd also be more likely to experience more resistance (feeling bad), but as I understood the "flakes" are still piling up, so it shouldn't matter too much.

And then there's the other point of keeping the momentum going.
Keeping your subconscious focused on that one goal for a long stretch of time and not "wasting time" on switching direction. No idea if this is a big issue or not.
and, as a reminder of Shannon´s instructions:

Thanks Alpha360, LionKing and Voytek and others who has contributed to what this thread is about. If anyone else has something to add, RELATED TO QUESTION, please speak freely...thanks.
Currently, back to back is my approach to AM-SM subs.
Can we do Magnet a couple times in a row or we should altrer our Magnet`s ride with AM6 or AM6`s refresher?
of course you can

Do it a couple of times in a row, yes!!! I'm yet to see someone on this forum run SM or WM twice in a row, and I'd love to see what kind of results it yields.. Maybe I'll be the first.

You wont be the first ;P. I am at stage 5 SM and planning to do rerun after a week or two off.

Damn well I'm looking forward to hearing your experience! How has your current run been?
Yeah, it`ll be very interesting to read your results, mates! Smile
Few days in Stage 5 looks like finally something is happening. Yesterday was shopping before university and was talking with 2 girls working at the shops. All the talking went really smooth, practically didn't need to do anything except ask how is it going for them, while they were taking my order. They talked and talked, funny thing is they even stayed with me and continued to talk despite big line of people. Sadly I was too startled and lost by this kind of sudden change and didn't act at it at all.

Today I was in one more shop where I did make out with a sales girl after 15min of talking and her male colleague constantly trying to separate us and get her to work ;D. We talked and flirted for 15 minutes and I told her that I shouldn't keep her busy and went for a hug. While starting a hug our eyes kinda met and I just went for it. While I was going out after a kiss she told me few time "have a good day" and soo on while I was walking away. Well I believe she wanted me to take her number, but I was still a bit startled as it was my first time with this kind of experience. She was older 24, while I am 20 and she did know that.
Nice one Clansy. Why don´t you start your own SM journal so we can see how it goes when you start a second run in a row. Meanwhile; please keep this thread for the discussion about the difference between running AM-SM back to back, and in running one program in a row (and possible questions related to that) Thanks.
Nice Clansy! Yeah I got the startled thing too, its so weird when you don't think anything special is happening and then suddenly *snap* some girl starts acting really weird like twisting her neck in your direction and looking at you like there must be a car crash behind or you, or suddenly they forget how to speak and you're kinda left wondering "whaat.. what's she.. I didn't do anything, it can't be me.. is there something else?".

In order for the results to become self-replicating, I understand that you must start to consciously expect that kind of behavior and I'm thinking its gonna be a while before that happens 100% for me, lol

I have a journal: http://subliminal-talk.com/thread-5430.html. It is just that I am not writing a lot. It is pointless to look for effects everyday and to write about each look you get. What I do is observe overall changes in myself and point out some of the more interesting and out of pace things that happen. We will see if I will have a second run journal. Most likely if you will really want it I will do stage to stage reviews and updates.
This is a very important discussion.

Alternating 6-stage programs A B A B or doing them twice in a row AA BB ?

I'm leaning toward alternating them A B A B, from reading post #21 (Ryan's post).
SM should maintain AM results, but it seems that SM results are often not maintained when going from SM to AM.. so I think it wouldn't be a bad idea to run SM twice, unless you need a change or some issues come up.
