Subliminal Talk

What would be hugely beneficial would be subs that could be used in-the-moment to induce a transient effect (and that could otherwise be used alongside 4th and 5th gen developmental subs). Some ideas:

+ Waking up (uh, for non-morning people);
+ Creative writing/general creativity;
+ Visiting in-laws (I am so not joking, something to take the edge off)

Ideally, these wouldn't involve entrainment.

Also, I had an idea about some kind of intuitive "Q&A" subliminal for pinging the subconscious (i.e. an alternative to meditation for those who can't get into their happy place).

To this last, I should add that I've enjoyed many partial benefits from a number of subs, but I suspect that I'm missing something.

If we look about how subliminal messages work it's very difficult to make it "in-the-moment".

Well, maybe Shannon can make that because he already create NSFM.

But other than NSFM, like your request, I doubt it can be made in 4G/ 5G.

6G is possible to do that of course.
