Had my first overnight session.
Most people in their journals have mentioned that they get good dreams while listening to subs at night.
But i got a sleep paralysis.
Is it ok??
Or m I doing it wrong??
Was listening to subs on moto deck connected via Aux to my phone..

N another thing I noticed,
I was in a 3x4 ft room, completely closed without a window.
Subs were on moto deck via Bluetooth.
After first few seconds, I could hear a sound apart from trickling stream.
It was like someone speaking or singing.
I paused to check whether sound was coming outside of room twice but no, it was from the subs.
So does this mean the masked subs get partial unmasked in a closed room??
I often got sleep paralysis too.

That's very normal condition.

Especially if you want to learn Lucid Dream, sleep paralysis is one condition that must be fulfilled to make it easier to do LD.

Just relax, and that REM (Rapid Eye Movement) phase will turn into Lucid Dreaming.

So nothing's wrong my friend.
I've got sleep paralysis earlier too.
But was concerned as i got it on the first night I started listening subs at night
Otherwise it's been too long since last I got it.
So u sure nothings wrong with my way of listening??
I'm sure.

Sleep paralysis often happen if you're too tired that day. But it's still possible to happen anytime.
Regarding hearing voices: When I'm in my room while loud trickling stream is playing, everything is normal. But when I leave my room and go to the other end of the appartment, I can clearly hear the voices. I have no idea why.
