Day 2:
I have started LTU.
Day 21:
So three weeks complete,
My nightmares have become alot less compared to when using EPRHA.
I'm feeling excited about my personal future. Though I do see alot of doom for most of humanity.
Negative thoughts seem to be easier to dismiss.
LTU feels pretty nice when listening to it / slightly afterwards.
Day 28:
Self-Validation seems to be kicking it nicely,
I seem to have less attachments to specific women.
I'm feeling pretty excited about the future.
I can see alot of good times coming (at least for me),
Though I also acknowledge the pathetic state that western civilization seems to be in.
Day 35:
Nightmares have returned again (similar to when using EPRHA),
Though I do have some nicer dreams in between.
Self-validation seems to be working well,
I really can't be bothered with trying to impress / win the attention of others (especially women).
Day 49:
Feeling excited about my personal future (at times).
I notice myself feeling positive more often.
Self-Validation is working nicely.
Also, I seem to have more gratitude. Or at least my life doesn't seem to suck so much.
Day 82:
Still feeling excited about the future.
Noticing things to be grateful for.
Self-Validation is still working well.
Feeling pretty positive and happy (though I still get annoyed at some things).
I was thinking about an AYP program, but I'm going to stick with LTU for at least 6 - 9 months. Maybe more. Definitely want to achieve a high degree of permanency.
Day 105:
Feeling fairly positive and happy.
Self-validation is working well.
Minor improvements to self-confidence.
Day 141:
Getting decent results with multiple areas of LTU 5G. Will elaborate next update.
I've decided to run LTU 5G for 1-2 years.

Cool
Day 168:
I'm feeling healthier... despite the fact that my health hasn't improved / is about the same as always.
Self-Love seems to be working okay.
Feeling fairly good overall.
Quote:How much hours a day?
Between 8 - 11 hours per day, depending on schedule, free time, etc.
Day 182:
6 months complete.
After consideration, I'm going to continue with LTU 3.1 (5G) for a while longer.
