Brothers will keep this brief feeling tired perhaps because of the listening to the subs whilst asleep. Nothing concrete to report.

Despite me being out and about meeting women over the last week. I have not noticed any outer differences when approaching and chatting to women.

Feel alittle better day. I seem to be caring more about my appearance and hygience so this could be an indication of the sub making an impact on outer behaviours.
For some reason I seem to less motivated to go to the gym again could be the sub ? or maybe I am just getting plain lazy.
yes I do brother I approach during the day and in bars. Havent seen any outer changes as yet I am going to continue using this sub for upto 32 days as I am getting depressed listening to it.

Decided to finish this sub at day 32 and go back to using AM.
I recall Dr. Shannon's analogy regarding building a house one needs strong foundations.
Perhaps a re-run of AM will help strenghten my foundations.
