Not prescription sleeping pills but those all-natural 100% herbal sleep aids you can buy off Amazon. Would this interfere with the ultrasonic tracks I have on at night?
Unlikely - I think only something that really knocks you out (i.e. prescription) might interfere. Sleep aids (melatonin, valerian, hops, l-theanine...) keep your sleep cycle pretty normal (I know - I monitor my sleep every night and try many of these)
