I'd like to try the free Self-Confidence silent track while I sleep at night and I'd really be grateful for any suggestions regarding suitable speakers that won't break the bank, i.e. $40 or under range. Would these work?

Also, would I have to position one on the right side of my head and the other on the left, on the other side of the bed so that my ears are between them?

Thanks for any pointers!
Those are pricey but they might not be a bad investment. Thanks for the tip! Much appreciated.

This is what I use http://www.amazon.com/Bose-Companion-III...r+speakers
I connect them to my iPod nano when I travel and stay in a Motel/Hotel room.

Edit to add: Yes, you would get greater results if you separated each speaker... one on each side of the bed if you plan on listening to subliminals in your sleep.

For these Bose ones that you have, do they EVER crackle at all with the ultrasonic, even at high volumes? For my speakers, they crackle the first 5-10 seconds when I start playing them sometimes, and occasionally randomly throughout, maybe every 30-90 minutes, for the same 5-10 seconds.

I went with the Bose you use. Should be here on Thursday. Thanks again.
They sound great and I LOVE the bass. I can hook them up to the my laptop, iPhone, or iPod which is awesome.

But when I tried the ultrasonic track, I definitely heard crackles. They weren't particularly loud, not annoying "pops" or anything, and I'm not really a light sleeper but I was wondering if you had experienced the same? Is there anything I can do to minimize that?
Actually, there is no crackle. I think it was there the first time simply because I might have not stuck the cables in correctly. I repeat: no crackle. lol They're so silent I don't even know they're on. Also, I really like there is no "on" light, like a little green or red LED light, to disturb me.
