Subliminal Talk

After using OF for maybe 2 months I have decided to switch to ASC as having a metric **** ton of confidence is my primary goal right now as I feel having a lot of it would help me not just in general but especially at my job where I constantly have to deal with very negative and critical people who will do anything to guilt and intimidate you.Today was day one and I had it playing all night last night while I was sleeping so I got a good 6 to 7 hours
I have the next 3 days off and I plan on having it play in the background all weekend

Day 2: try to get at least 8 hours of exposure a day last couple its been in the 6-7 hour range.Felt really good yesterday even though I was tired.
