Dr. Shannon is a remarkable talented gentleman. I have given him the title Dr because he is worthy of this regardless of whether he has a higher degree or not.
I know I am putting you on the spot here but I would like to know exactly what are your goals ?.
In my humble opinion there is no alpha or beta. There is only a man who knows how to clearly define his personal boundaries, one who knows when to say yes and when to say no.

Well,brother these are my goals :
1. Of course i want to be more Confident
2. Not to be afraid to take a challenge
3. Leader in a community
4. Nice in social world
5. Powerful
6. Assertive
7. Have much friends
8. Success in career, i'll do my best for this.
9. Success with women
10. Jerk of all trades
and many more. All things above are important.
