I would say, given what you have said, that if I were in your shoes, I would take a week off EHPRA and then re-run it for another 6 months, this time between 12 and 21 hours per day. It has self validation, self respect, self worth, fear destruction, etc. etc.

It takes time to peel a big onion, man. If EHPRA is doing you good, and I think it is, then keep using it.

I can relate to this.

If I AM6 has EPRHA in it should I just keep running AM6 over and over until these same kinds of issues go away or should I be switching to EPHRA after this run?

AM6 has EPRHA inside but also a lot more stuff. So doing EPRHA before AM6 would be still wise.

If you have plan to run AM6 twice or thrice , I prefer to avoid EPRHA cause it will bring overall a better balance via AM6 couple of times plus saving time for another root of sub.

I did EPRHA, but Overcoming Fear has been absolutely obliterating social anxiety. For example, I no longer have any fear of giving speeches in my class.

Just my 2 cents.

Interesting. I know EPRHA has fear removal in it too, I wonder why Overcoming Fear works so much better.

The focus is just on fear and fear only. I think that's the reason.

Not only because of that, if you look through OGSF and OF scripts, you can see that OF has opposite positive statements as well, like for bravery and courage. Also OGSF has 20 long very general GSF statements while OF has 34 short fear and anti fear focused statements.
