This has already been answered, but if you start a program like SM while you have a girlfriend, you are asking for trouble unless you have an open relationship, a very strong position of dominance concerning her, and/or she is extremely self confident and self secure. Sex Magnet is designed to make you sexually desirable to all women, and a woman in a monogamous relationship with you is likely to be less than appreciative of having all these other women suddenly so much more interested in f*cking her boyfriend. And of course we all know that the more that sex is offered by other women, the more likely that it will happen...
So, if you're in a relationship and it's monogamous, SM won't "make" you lose your gf. But you can certainly find yourself in circumstances that could lead to that as a result, if you aren't careful, or she isn't secure in herself and your relationship.
If you have a very strong position of dominance, you could possibly just force the issue in whatever direction you wanted, but I'm thinking chances are good that most guys don't have that level of dominance with women.
In any case, it's your choice what you do in response to what the program does. The only time I would use it with a girlfriend would be in an open relationship, or if you have sufficient dominance in the relationship to simply decide that you're going to do whatever you want, and she can just deal with it. As has been said before, it's not aimed at guys in monogamous relationships.
