Hi there,

Not too sure where to post this question.
I have my 9 year old listening to this sub at night time for about 4 hours.
He seems more tired now during the day so I am thinking it may be the sub?

Can anyone recommend a time frame for this to be used on a child and also for how long in total usage should it be used?

Oh and btw it is working we are on day 5 and it has worked all 5 nights Big Grin

It should be used all night long while the child sleeps. It should also be used for at least 8 hours a day. This is a program best used for 3 to 6 months at a time to make a long term change.
