Turtle was used to symbolize slower, more tentative, more passive, less bold. Protecting itself from the world. Dragon was chosen to symbolize strength, drive, passion, assertiveness, and a take charge attitude. The people who start off with BASE are generally not entrepreneurs because they're not yet "entrepreneur material" for whatever reason or reasons - usually fear, hence turtle, who hides in its shell. We are turning them into entrepreneurs, but it isn't an overnight process. There is a lot of shaping, adjustment and refining that must be done depending on where you are starting from.
