Subliminal Talk

I read somewhere that you shouldn't take a day off during the sub but what if you use a sub for 12 hrs like let's say you start Friday night at 8pm leading to Saturday 8 morning, and lets say you had to work overnight from 10pm-6am...would you have to use the subs 6hrs before 10 then use 6 more hours on Sunday morning when you go to sleep. Will that count or would I be losing benifits. I'd be greatful if Shannon could answer this. I plan on finding another job anyways. Also how long would you have to go without a sub to be considered taking a day off.

Try thinking about it like this:
In each 24 hours of the day, try to get 8-12 hours of exposure to the subliminal. No need for entire blocks of time, you can break them up if you need to. This can make it simpler if your schedule changes around.
