In other words, just do it, even if it doesn't feel natural. Eventually it will and by taking action you accelerate the process.

I am listening this sub for last 2 months, I listen atleast 1hour with headphones then 3 hours sleep listening. I will continue listening to it, no women approached or made obvious interests to me yet.
It doesn't feel natural to approach or talk to women? In that case, you're framing it the wrong way. I consider it nothing more than a simple social interaction. I'm just talking to her, nothing more, no expectations. If she's giving me indicators of interest, she obviously wants to talk, right? So talk. You're probably putting too much into it - "oh, it's going to lead to sex, and if it doesn't, I've failed somehow...".
Forget that. Just talk to her. No expectations. Think of it this way: you are going to make her day better by giving her the pleasure of some decent conversation. And, in the process, you'll enjoy it too. And hey, if it leads somewhere, fine... but really, it doesn't matter, because you enjoyed some conversation with her. You made her day more enjoyable, you made your own day better, and you opened doors, even if you didn't necessarily go through them.
Remember also that she knows people you might find compatibility with. So what if it doesn't go beyond talking or friendship? Maybe her sister, cousin, or a friend would be more your style. And you still have her as a new friend to boot.
When you stop putting expectations in the mix, when you just approach with something entertaining to talk about and let things flow where they may, you'd be surprised how much better things go.
It sounds to me like you are restricting yourself out of fear, and you're seeing the results in nothing happening.

I have been listening to the BIATBW for nearly 3months I am not sure about this sub. I did have 1 woman made first move thats about it, not sure if it created attraction with women. I will continue listening to it but I want to listen to new revised Attract Your Perfect Large Breasted Female Romantic Lover sub to it, do you think both will conflict with eachother? maybe new sub will be more better since newly designed.

Those two types of subliminal will conflict. If BIABW isn't producing the desired results, switch and wait for the next gen version to be made. The 4G is going to get a serious upgrade based on feedback, or, if I don't think I can make it work better, will be removed from the store.

Where necessary, male only effect will always require "if I am male". as for shorter suggestions... my subs would not be nearly as effective as they are if I did what everyone else does, and use short simple suggestions. Believe me, you get better results from longer, more complex suggestions than short, simple ones.
BIABW has not been as effective as I'd like, but that's not because the suggestions are long.
