Stage 4 Day 2:
50% of the program is done. I have been feeling very confident lately and have been making friends when I go out. When I see that a girl is into me I have no problem making it sexual. I currently have 5 women I am working on to hook up with. 3 of them are almost a done deal (I have 3 dates lined up and they are quite into me). Will I end up hooking up? I don't know and I don't even really care. I know there are plenty more women out there. My neediness is definitely at an all time low. I thought I will be more needy since I am single but I feel great and have no problem letting women go if they play games.
Another thing I noted. I am not that interested in watching porn these days. I still get cravings but when I turn the scene I'm just like "meh...". So if nothing else SM3 has helped me with porn addiction.
Btw, how do you 'make it sexual'? Do you drop hints, kino her, or something else?

I get myself sexually aroused by imagining myself and the girl I am talking to doing sexual stuff. Meanwhile I hold strong eye contact and get physically myself closer to her. It starts out with a high five, then a hug, then me putting my arm around her or holding her hand while talking to her. If she responds positively to these moves, I will get my face closer to hers and eventually go for the kiss. The stuff I talk about is usually normal stuff. Nothing special there. I am by no means an expert at this. It is just something I read about and have been trying to implement the last few times I went out. So far it seems to be going good.

Stage 4 Day 19
Someone asked for an update so here it is.
I am not having sex yet. I am also not really noticing any internal changes either. I feel quite needy for female attention and sex right now.
I have started online profiles on Tinder and OkCupid and am talking to a few women hoping to set up some encounters so we will see how that goes. I go out a lot but haven't been approaching as many women as I would like. I am however putting massive effort into online dating so if I get laid that way I don't really know if it's due to the sub or my efforts. I currently have 5 potential women so hopefully at least one of them will work out.
