Subliminal Talk

Hey guys. So I have been using AM6 for 5 days now and it seems as if my anxiety and self consciousness Ive been dealing with for awhile now has started to INCREASE. Is this normal? I have had a problem with being stuck in my head most of the time for awhile now and this has seemed to amplify since starting this sub and making me feel a little extra anxious. I was hoping for the opposite effect but maybe this is just the initial resistance showing itself. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Nothing unusual. It's resistance appearing. You are sure it's working when there is resistance. You just have to wait till it's gone. You are going to face your fear till you overcome them.
