Subliminal Talk

Day 1 EPRHA
Today I felt like I needed to do some cleaning within my mind and possibly my past. I have great things in my life but my past might be holding me back from enjoying it. So I intend to run Eprha for at least 32 days but ill go for more as needed.

Why is EPRHA considered a b/d program. I believe thats a manifestation program. What is EPRHA trying to manifest?

I think you will really like EPRHA a lot. I'm on day 33 myself and have gotten a lot of benefits so far. I'm feeling a lot more free, happy, and feel like I don't have as much stuff weighing me down right now. I'm going to run it for another 32 days and then see if I want to run it for 3 months. 32 days doesn't seem long enough to make the changes permanent I believe.

As for the Manifestation, I'm not too sure what it is for. I would just assume that it is trying to manifest situations or maybe "ahha" moments that lead to healing. I've had plenty of moments where I realized something about my past and then I would have a lot of emotional release afterwards.

Day 11 6/4/15
Had a pretty direct dream last night. I can't remember much of it now but the main point was helping some sort of weeping queen. In the dream there was some kind of war that happened between two of her sons ending with one killing the other. I vowed to help her or something and became a fighter for her. It weird thing is the sons seemed like identical twins.
