about this time last year, i did am5. i did stage 1 & 2, then halfway through stage 3, i had a hospital stay of 3 weeks. i restarted am5 when i got back, but forgot where i was, so i pretty much missed stage 4 entirely. needless to say, i didn't get the results i was looking for.
i did 10 weeks of ltu earlier this year, with good results. then 4 weeks of the sleep apnoea aid, no results to speak of.
then 4 weeks of eprha, good results.
currently halfway through stage 2 of am5. i keep all my journals on m,y hd, so this is basically just a public commital to finishing am5.
