What exactly does the James Bond effect in stage 5 do?

Does it make you more classy, better mannered ect? Would be nice if you could talk a little about it without revealing company secrets..

Also is there manifestation of beautiful women in stage 5? I feel like lately I've been seeing sexy girls EVERYWHERE.. either that or it has more appreciation of women in it.
