Subliminal Talk

As much as I have set up my long-term subliminal training calender, just as a side thought, how long would it take AM6 to fully ingrain in one's personality so that the effect won't fade as time passes by? 10 years? 15 years?

I remember reading a while ago that it should take roughly two years. I can't find the thread though.

There's no hard and fast answer for that. It will be different for everyone. But it should not require much more than a few runs through to make it permanent. So I would estimate 1 to 2 years if you used it alone.

So anything between 2 to 4 runs, that's what using it alone means right?? So it can be used back to back (to back to back :-) )
