Shannon any update on releasing sleep aid induction subs ?
Have not had time to work on this. I love the sleep aid and the awakener, though. I use the sleep aid every night, and it only fails in rare circumstances when I am super-wired because I am too excited with a new discovery. The awakener allows me to wake up when I normally would not be able to drag myself out of sleep, and it takes 5 or 10 minutes. Much more pleasant than an alarm clock. But I don't use it to wake me from a dead sleep, I use it to allow me to go from "faintly conscious but unable to pull myself out of sleep" to awake and getting out of bed. I haven't tried waking from a dead sleep with it.
I am looking forward to finding a way to make these products available, but before I do I still need to make a couple adjustments to make them safer and more powerful. It's just a prototype that I'm using for both. It's coming.
I woke up this morning after having a great dream about an awesome girl who was really into me. I mention this because it was the best way to start the day....
This idea could work nicely with a sleep induction/awakener sub. What if we could be prompted to have dreams - on going to bed and during the wake up process (really just needs a minute or so dream before waking up) - that make us feel:
confident
motivated
overwhelmingly loved
fully energized and ready for the day
etc.
I don't think this is just about running a sub in between sleep and awake subs (although this would obviously be done); it is more about generating specific dreams that make you feel amazing.
I would certainly pay to wake up every day like that
