You should probably see a doctor if you are feeling suicidal. And a counsellor/therapist. Don't mess about, get some help.

EPRHA is the way forward, I think, in the future - it doesn't sound like you have a solid base to build the self confidence on to yet.
I have an appointment with a psychologist in exactly a month, and I have no clue how that will turn out since I've never had one before.
I'm not sure that ASC would produce those results on that base, so I agree with the EPRHA being the right sub.

Obviously there is a lot going on. Find someone that you can trust before the psychologist. Someone that you can talk to. If you get in the habit of talking about it there is a good chance that it will be easier when you get in the doc's office. Docs have this thing called "the door handle problem". People come in and talk about everything under the sun except what the real issue. Then just as they are about to leave they put their hand on the door handle they are like btw Doc, my spit is red when I cough after I wake up in the morning.... Get comfortable talking about the issue before you get into the office so it doesn't feel like they are dragging it outta you, you can fix the problem quicker AND it costs you less.Wink
spend some money and get LTU, your life is more important then worrying about spending some money on a sub that can change your life. Take this risk, I'm sure you don't want to feel like you been cheated and that's why you want free subs but dig in your pocket for this one sub, and know that at the end of the day, you really want a change in your life and that's why you bought this.
Well I did just start EPRHA and I was thinking of doing it for 3 months and then moving to AM6, I just can't see myself feeling this weak for long, I'm seriously sick of it. As for LTU, I'm not sure I'm willing to put in the time with it except if it was instead of EPRHA (need to read a few journals), AM6 has sounded like the most lucrative choice for many.
For finding a person to talk to, I kind of do talk about most of the things with my family, but they just don't feel like the right people.
Thank god that in France we have free medical Big Grin not a penny to pay.
I'm not really worried about spending the money, just need to get it from somewhere first. And believe me, buying a sub is my biggest priority right now.
Thanks guys for your input.
