Stay positive man! Try changing that negativity around nothing working into it going right. You'll notice a positive difference when you feel more relaxed. Might as well try it guilotine. These subs will change your thinking! And you can look forward to your future self after the next few months. Things are easier than they look and it will all payoff in the end.

Thanks

Fonzy
Thanks for the encouragement dude!
I feel better now but sometimes I do go into bad moods and things start to spiral down. Usually it coincides with a porn relapse.
I will keep working on myself and continue to grow.

I seriously hate seeing the "porn scapegoat". Porn isn't the problem.

I looked up reasons against using porn, and I'm going to destroy this list with reasons why it's BS, because I'm f*cking sick of seeing people use my favorite pastime as the reason for all their (and humanity's) problems.

Since I've dedicated myself to having EVERYTHING I want in life with little to no compromise, I've found a way to include porn in my life while mitigating the so-called "side-effects".

Reasons [to quit porn]

1) Clarity of mind, no mental clutter

[How to achieve while still using porn:

Matcha tea every day (Matcha tea has numerous benefits, relevant here are it's calming effects. Matcha tea actually "slows down" the mind and body while amping metabolism.)

Organic diet (You are what you eat. Eat healthy and balanced, and you'll be_____

Eat food full of chemicals, pasteurization and MSG... you get the idea.)

8 hours of sleep (This one depends on YOUR BODY. Average adults need about 8 hours, but find what works for you. If you wake up and feel energized, you probably got the right amount. If you wake up tired or fatigued, it could be many things (like not enough to eat even) but all things else considered, you probably got either too much, or too little sleep.

Regular exercise regimen of 1 hour, 2 times a week (Give your body a reason to be energized. If it's wasting it's time playing video games and watching porn, it won't be too motivated to improve itself. Add some muscle degeneration, and cardio, and suddenly it realizes you need energy for survival. It'll energize you and put you "in the zone".)

Having a purpose/mission in life (If you know WHY you're doing what you're doing, it's easier to see what's relevant, and what's not, in terms of thoughts.)

Getting your shit together (An extension of the above. Realizing what matters helps you get organized, and throw out all the useless junk in your life, this includes useless thoughts.)

Realizing loving porn (or beautiful women/sex) is OK and NORMAL for a male (or female) of the human species (Carl Jung once said "Whatever you resist, persists." Ever tried resisting the urge to watch porn? Howe long before you "re-lapsed"? Yeah. Accept it as normal, and soon (if you have a life that's worth living) you'll find yourself out of time for useless clutter. Thoughts, physical stuff, you name it.)

Focusing only on what matters to YOU, and leaving speculation/assumptions to misguided children (Pretty obvious but, if you need to quit porn before you can stop having brain clutter, you're already in a world of trouble, just sayin'.).]

2) Better stamina in sports

[Stupidest thing ever. Yeah, that's why professional athletes have a "No Porn" training regimen. Seriously. Better stamina in sports comes from HARD WORK/TRAINING! Not "abstaining from porn".]

3) Absence of depression, as in "there's actually nothing wrong with me"

[Self acceptance cures this like a charm. Most of the "There's something wrong with me!" mentality from porn users is the very idea that porn is a problem in the first place! Self-fulfilling prophecy shit right there.]

4) Better short term memory, grasp conversations, sharp and clear mind

[Again, read my points under #1 for sharp mind, as for conversations, learn to open your heart and let things be. Learn to be curious like a kid again. It works for me.]

5) Feeling worthy of hottest girls

[I already do but, you can use subs, tapping, any number of self-improvement tools, or, you could ask yourself who IS worthy of the hottest girls, and WHY, then go looking for proof of that. You're likely to find exceptions to that rule. Again, be curious. Do movie stars get all the hottest girls, and NO porn-users do? Put it to the test! Then, ask yourself why you REALLY don't feel worthy. It's not because of porn, guarantee.]

6) Interacting with people goes from nuisance to fun activity

[Yeah, socializing is a fun game. The instance you stop trying to get something from people (Which is accomplished by being a self-made man who follows the principle "if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself!", or by simply doing whatever it takes to accomplish your goals (you do have goals, right???) then you'll find that people are a side-dish to the experience of life, while what you've got planned for yourself is the main course. You'll enjoy interacting, or you won't, but it won't be a nuisance, it'll just be a "thing".]

7) Facial hair grows faster

[Bullsh*t.]

8) Music sounds better

[Lol, seriously? I heard taking weed accomplishes this too! So, don't only quit porn, but become a stoner, folks!]

9) Being cool with awkward situations

[Zen... acceptance... curiosity... realizing that just because YOU think life should be/unfold a certain way, doesn't f*cking mean that it will/does! Getting your head out of your ass also helps with this...]

10) Past events are remembered better

[Who cares? "Those who look only to the past or the present are sure to miss the future." - JFK]

11) Movies watched in one sitting, rather than interrupting it with distractions

[Not sure what this is getting at, but I know 12 year old girls who text while watching movies in the theater. Does this mean they're porn junkies??]

12) Feeling of being really alive and feeling of having/being a powerful spirit

[Again, mission/purpose in life. You ain't got one? No amount of "nofap" is gonna cure that. If you do, no amount of fapping will kill it.]

13) Better looking skin

[Rofl. They'd have to scientifically prove this one to me, moving on...]

14) Free, genuine belly laugh

[Like Santa Clause? Again, "WTF"? And, might I say, being genuine and never having a belly laugh is better than having a belly laugh and not being genuine, so who the F*ck cares?]

15) Appreciation and admiration of women's inner and outer beauty

[How do you watch porn and NOT get this one? However, on the off chance porn does "affect" you "that way", try 15 minutes of Natural Grounding in the morning, and 15 before bed.]

16) Less sleep is needed to feel rested

[So, if I don't watch porn and work 16 hours straight while lifting 75lbs ever half hour I'll feel more rested than on a day off and I watch porn? Again, stupid. The generalizations are amazing, as are these claims. "Stop porn and become a millionaire folks!"]

17) Much less irritability

[Irritability with what? Stupid over-generalizations like this??]

18) Destructive erections

[Exercise, no McDonalds, Healthy eating, Kegel Exercises.]

19) Improved chest, neck and shoulders musculature (without exercise in a particular case)

[Lol, this guy REALLY doesn't want to exercise!]

20) Vibrant and alive looking eyes

[Again, scientific proof, please!]

21) Voice is now clear

[As opposed to what?]

22) Reduced rage and anger

[Totally...]

23) Movies, novels and art are appreciated much more

[Natural Grounding, Daily Meditation, walking in the forest/nature, actually reading books and watching movies or art.]

24) Better dream recollection

[Scientific proof, please.]

25) More wisdom on various subjects, without actually studying them. As in mind gets better at making connections.

[As in, this is BS. You can't be ignorant about something and claim to know how it works. Unless... hmm, I think that's what this guy is doing!]

26) Easier to get up in the morning

[Mission in life, 8 hours of sleep.]

27) Like Neo in the Matrix, getting heightened senses and intuition

[Lol, because "The Matrix" is based purely on reality. For this I'd recommend more curiosity, actually being open to situations and people as they happen/enter your life.]

28) Enjoying company of kids and older folks

[Yeah man.]

29) No more craving for sugar and alcohol

[ROFL! I myself do NOT eat sugar or drink alchohol beyond dark chocolate after my workout (for the anti-oxidants, and it's on the advise of my trainer. Plus, Dark Chocolate helps restore dopamine levels which porn [supposedly] knocks out) I also only drink at most a glass of red wine or a shot of vodka every 2 or 3 days. so yeah, BULLSH*T! Self control, I find, works good to accomplish this.]

30) Urge to expand your mind

[Not sure what they're getting at here, but again, curiosity. Having a mission in life will require you to expand your mind, etc.]

31) No more angry outbursts around the family

[Lol, not sure why this is in here, but I've never experienced this since getting my shit together and accepting people as they are. Never stopped porn to fix that little issue of mine.]

32) "Annoying" things females do are now appreciated

[Wow... I don't even know where to begin with this.]

33) A tangible magnetic connection with chicks

[Got that already, yo. And I watch porn every day.]

34) Chores are now easier to perform

[Lol, still living in the parents basement? Again: GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER, GET SOME GOALS, GET ON TRACK WITH YOUR PURPOSE IN LIFE, AND STOP, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, BLAMING OTHER THINGS FOR YOUR PROBLEMS.]

35) Seeing "big picture" in life better

[Get a purpose/goals. Set a 1-2 year plan, a 5-10 year plan, and a 10-30 year plan. There you go. Big picture.]

36) Ability to look at women and feel her, sense if her energy is good or bad

[Can do already. I'd recommend Natural Grounding, self-acceptance, feeling your own emotions and not trying to run from them. (Including your sexual desires)]

37) Ability to relate chicks like friends and seeing them flock to you

[Let me know if this works. I experienced chicks flocking to me a few days ago simply because I was talking to them. I dunno, maybe it's because I wasn't watching porn at that moment in time. I had that day though.]

38) Nothing stresses you out anymore

[If you have a life, you WILL have stress, accept it, and get off the couch.]

39) Men respect you more

[Purpose in life, respect for men, respect for yourself.]

40) Men flinch in your presence

[Why would you want this? I mean, men already flinch or get startled in MY presence at times, but it's not something I'm proud of. It's just a shame.]

So there it is. Had to get that out of my system. I hope someone benefits from this. Bottom line is: you simply HAVE to live your life without letting ANYTHING become a scape goat.

For example: I was working outside the other day and it starts to rain, but I need the money. What do I do? Say "O man! It's the rain's fault I didn't get enough money this month!" or, did I work through it?

Guess.

Same with porn. "Oh man! It's the porns fault I don't have a life!" no. It's YOUR fault you don't have a life, you just like to use porn as an excuse. Watch porn all you want, or don't. Doesn't matter. Just make sure that WHATEVER you do, you DO what you need to do in life.
Sarge I didn't do a lot of research about porn but I don't think there is scientific proof that porn doesn't affect your behavior negatively too (a research you can trust).
I don't watch porn anymore because I don't feel desire to do it thanks to natural grounding. In your case you say you are still getting result with girl even watching porn but you are using subliminal which of course is way more powerful than anything. If porn affect us, using a subliminal with it will destroy the porn effects because it's more powerful. In the end you can still enjoy the porn but it doesn't mean it's neutral thing.
In the end maybe porn really affect us but it might take 10 years so it's very subtle. I agree with you about the fact you can enjoy porn in your position.
Do you have a book, a link or a scientific evidence that relate to what you are writing Sarge?
pornstars watch porn everyday, they're not affected and they didn't use subs. It's all in the mind.
Yea but in their case they fu*** hundred of girls every month so their mind are in fact different Big Grin. It would be cool if it doesn't affect us but where is the proof of that.

In the past I would spend half a day watching porn picture and movies. I don't think I want to do that again it's time wasted unless you can find some mind trick improve yourself with that Smile
it's all about balance.

I don't have time right now to get into a long argument about this but I'm just gonna say that I will disagree with this one.
Maybe we can discuss this later.
I've been watching porn long enough to know that it has messed up things for me in a major way the details of which I won't get into here. I have also personally talked to some people who have much more knowledge than you or me on this. I will just say that I have a vision of who I want to be in the future and porn does not have a place in that lifestyle.
There is nothing wrong with watching porn once in a while but some people tend to go overboard with it. When I start watching it I tend to go 8- 12 hours straight and that is not healthy at all. It's hard to explain really, I go into a zone where I don't know what's going and the time just flies and 12 hours later I'm like "Whoah what just happenend?".
I have tried in the past to cut the time down but it didn't work.
I am not against porn at all in fact if you can do it in balance I actually encourage it. But the key word is balance like the poster above said.
BTW I'm not blaming porn either. It is my fault that got me into this and as result of my self development I plan on letting porn go.
Please continue to enjoy porn and don't let my experiences get in the way!
I agree that porn is no good
AM5 Stage 2 Day 8.
NoFAP Day 8.

Nothing special to report. The last few days have been great. I feel peaceful, happy and confident.
Hope to keep these feelings going forward. I haven't been approaching that much when I go out but this week I will get back to it.
Life is awesome!
AM5 Stage 2 Day 11.
NoFAP Day 11.

The last week has been amazing. I've been feeling very powerful, peaceful and confident.
I read a book called 'The Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle and recommend it to everyone here. Been applying it's principles throughout the day. I've also been very high on energy the last few days. Could be because I added Maca to my diet which is known for higher energy levels. I also feel much more motivated to accomplish things such as workout and all the other stuff I've been doing. Hope I can maintain this amazing feeling!
Last night I went out and approached many women. Felt like a boss the whole time, got two numbers. In hindsight, some of the girls were so into me that I felt I could have taken them home that night. I always tend to self eject when things are going well. Didn't give a damn about the rejections. In fact I even laughed at most of them.

NoFAP + Meditation + AM5 = BOSS!!

I tend to go all day too, if I can. It has become an issue lately because I'm too exhausted to do anything. But that's more priorities than porn. If I ran a marathon for 5 days straight and never ate anything, I'd be exhausted too. It's my choices, not the choices themselves, that are to blame.

Good on you for owning that as well, respect.

I simply wanted to show that if you want, you CAN watch porn and be completely balanced. Like you said, it takes some maturity to govern yourself, which is great. Making a blanket statement/belief like "porn is to blame!" is just as childish as using porn for 12hours a day, every day.

Hey dude how is your sex life going? The single most important reason I decided to quit porn was when I couldn't get or maintain a good erection when I had opportunities to have sex with women. I simply could not get aroused like I did with porn. I work out hard and have always been in great shape and eat well and also had no problems getting erections with porn. Things are better now after I reduced porn significantly but still not as good as I want.
Like I've said I've done a lot of research on this and there are many others who have this issue.

http://globalnews.ca/news/1232726/porn-c...young-men/

http://www.yourbrainrebalanced.com/

http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/ther...tribute-ed

There was another article published in a respected magazine but I can't find it.

If you are able to have strong erections during sex you should be fine. But maybe you should still consider cutting down on porn and not watching all day. I would hate for other people to go through what I went through.
I wake up in the middle of the night with raging hard-ons. I haven't had sex in my life yet, but I get boners when around women in real life so I'm not worried.

How long have you watched porn at that level?

I, myself, have watched porn for 8 years, masturbating to it for probably an average of at least 4 hours a day, every day... for 8 years. I too, had some issues, then I upped my diet, exercised, and accepted my habit fully, and now I'm ok. The only trouble I get in is when stress becomes too much in my life (or when I workout at the gym too hard), then I get adrenal fatigued, which totally sucks.
