Just started ASC, very excited to make lasting changes in my life. I also purchased the procrastination program.

I have a question about using headphones, is it ok if I just have one ear-bud in throughout the day or do I need to have both ear-buds in during the program?

Both should be used because the subs use stereo to improve the results you get. Using just one ear-bud will lessen the results you'll get by a fair amount.
