Do we have to use AM5 refresher for 32 days ? If we stop listening to it before the end of 32 days will it leave us emotionally unstable. As in other stages of AM5 we go through emotional ups and down process. Is it the same with the Stage 7 refresher?
The refresher stage is come and go as you please. It doesn't leave you imbalanced.
Stage 7 is for use after using stages 1-6. It's designed for use after stage 6 rebalances you the final time. So as InTheZone says, you can use it as you like. I suggest 1, 3 or 6 months at a time, as you feel it is needed, but only use it after running through stages 1-6 first.
