I just had that comment as a need to improve on my job review. It use to be I need more confidence, but I squashed that with the help of Alpha male, etc. I still get paralysis analysis under pressure.
I see other that are not effected and how easily they resolve crisis issues in the eyes of others.
So, I think something similar to Overcoming Fear and Guilt directed at this weakness would be something I know I would want.
Many life situations are unique to the moment, it would be nice to have a weapon to alleviate the stress of it.
