Stage 1 was great it got rid of my addiction to porn and i have not masturbated for weeks ;-) this really is good !

Stage 2 been using it for 3 weeks not and not seen any obvious changes. Should I move to stage 3 ?

No, you have to do each stage for 32 days no matter what.

Why is it so hard for people to read and FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS?

You should add in the script: I follow the instruction no matter what, even I didn't read them
