I know there it is probably somewhere in the forum, but I couldn't find it. I also tried looking up the FAQs, to no avail. So I'm asking here not only for me but for everyone else future reference.

How long do I need to rest after a sub?
1* If it is a multi-stage (like AF or AM) and do another sub
2* If it is a single-stage (like LTU or OGSF) and do another sub
3* If it is a multi-stage and to do the same sub = 1 month rest
4* If it is a single-stage and to do the same sub
5* For 3 & 4 above, can we use the 1 month (or more) resting period to do another sub, after the minimum rest period indicated for 1 & 2?

If you are using a multi-stage sub in 4G, and using another sub at the same time, I recommend treating this as if you were doing a multi-stage 5G sub, which the suggested rest period for is 1-2 weeks.

Using subliminals does not rest your mind. However, most people are too impatient to rest their minds fully.

Got it.
Not to worry, I will rest my mind fully. I asked because I read somewhere that the reason is for the acclimatisation of the subs, I just presumed the only concern was the same sub.
