Just having a read through the instructions for AMS 5.0. The instructions say 32 days per stage but from what the pdf says you dont need to do 32 days for the refresher stage.
So how many days have to be completed for the refresher stage ? which I understand is stage 2.

32 days per stage is the design spec for the program stages 1-6. The refresher can be done as much as you like or think you need. Or, it can be used as a complete program byt itself after you "step up to it" with stages 1-6. Most people run through stages 1-6, and then do other things, use the refresher for 1-4 weeks, and then run through Stages 1-6 again before trying to use Stage 7 as the whole six month program by itself. I recommend at least a month of refresher. 90 days is better. and at that point, heck, why not just use it 6 months each year?
