Night 23,

Friday night; I fell asleep within 15 minutes and slept for roughly 10.5 hours. Keep in mind that I had been waking up at 5:30 five days in a row.

But this is still pretty exciting.
Night 25,

I slept very well last night with the help of melatonin with a total of 6-7 hours; woke up feeling refreshed.

I checked the amount of plays on iTunes for this subliminal; I hit 498 plays (nearly 250 hours). That's just on my laptop; that doesn't count the amount of plays on my iPod when I'm sleeping; that probably represents 3-4 per night. (75-100 extra plays)

The subs are kicking in; great!
Night 29,

I've found a good thing going on. Though I'm not using the subliminal to its full amount, I'm still receiving benefits from it, primarily in the quality of sleep once I actually fall asleep. I can fall asleep, wake up feeling pretty good, and that "tired feeling" usually goes away within 10 minutes of getting up.

I still have some trouble falling asleep, and I feel more tired the morning after I "emit". But this is my fault for not sleeping enough; I'm getting 6-7 hours a night, and I have to get more.

The "Falling asleep" aspect is my biggest complaint; I can't benefit from sleep unless I'm actually asleep. More emphasis on falling asleep quickly, effortlessly, and instantly in the script could have made a different. Hopefully, its 4G upgrade will have some additions to the script, plus being 4G will make it generally more effective.

Then again, it's only been used roughly 30 days, for something like 4-6 hours a day alongside a major six-stage program, so I'm not in the position to throw the blame around.

Come Day/Night 32, I'm going to go ahead and buy "Maximum Learning Speed 3.0". I'm super excited about this, because my life will benefit in so many ways from using this. Languages such as Italian, Spanish, Korean, theory such as my school work and other on-the-side learning, music such as electric and acoustic guitar and voice, will all be improved by affecting my learning speed.

That's not to say that I will immediately stop this subliminal and jump right in. Perhaps I will continue until I finish Stage 3 of Alpha Male (Set for February 2nd-4th 2014), so that would make a total of roughly 34 to 35 nights.

One thing that I learned from doing this subliminal is that I need to increase the dosage of the supplemental program, and the length. MLS 3 will be used for the rest of the Alpha Male stages (3), and its dose will be doubled during the day.

(i.e.) My playlist during the day:

Since I generally have an uninterrupted 10 hour period between 10pm and 8am, and some 3-8 hours during regular days, that means I have somewhere between 13 and 18 hours to play the subliminal.

If I sleep 7 hours, I can generally get 4 plays of AM (5.5 hours) and 4 plays of Maximum Learning Speed (2 hours). For the extra 6 to 11 available hours that I have while awake, I could get anywhere from 2.5 to 4.5 loops, so 4-5 plays of Alpha Male and 9-10 plays of MLS.

Will modify as needed. And will reduce Maximum Learning Speed usage if my time becomes limited.
Night 32,

This is technically the last day of the recommended 32 days for this subliminal.

Pros of this subliminal:
- When I do sleep, I sleep well
- When I wake up, I feel much more refreshed
- Even if I sleep less than I should (6-7 hours), I'm able to wake up feeling better than I used to
- I would say that I ability to fall asleep has increased

Cons of this subliminal:
- In my opinion, there isn't much emphasis on falling asleep
- I occasionally take 30-45 minutes to fall asleep
- It would be faster and more effective in 4G

My own limitiations:
- I used it with a 4G, six stage program, so I gave this sub less priority
- I only used it 32 days, perhaps skipping a day to give more time to Alpha Male

My recommendations:
- Perhaps make it a Type B/C program which focuses on increasing melatonin (sleep hormone) and decreasing cortisol (stress hormones) around bedtime.
- Include parts of "Get to Bed on Time" script as necessary to help go to bed at a time that is going to give a full-nights sleep
