I wanted your thoughts on something.

A work colleague calls me by a different name (something that sounds similar but isn't)

I did confront him just by saying my name e.g. he says other name - I say It's my name

He still calls me the other name sometimes.
What would you do?

- I could confront him
- call him a different name
- ignore him
- other?

Find the beliefs and perspectives that are inviting this behavior, update them, and then he'll probably stop when he sees your new vibe and body language. It'll be all bro hugs and back slaps from that point on.
