Hi,
Just getting into subliminals now and liking the results so far.
I would love a chess specific sub - and would pay for a custom one! - but I think a general competitive game/sports sub would be great, with suggestions like:
I am not intimidated by any opponent
I can beat all other competitors
I am confident in my ability to beat all competitors
I practice as much as I can to perfect my skill
I identify and fix any weaknesses in my skill
I remain calm and focused under all situations
I remain fully alert and focused on the game
I do not let emotions cloud my decisions
I evaluate all choices quickly and accurately
I execute my plans precisely
I anticipate my opponent's plans
I keep track of time and use my time wisely
I never let losses or setbacks affect me - I keep playing to win no matter what my situation is
Anyway... that is the general idea. Anyone else like this?
