I was just wondering if Alpha Male 5.0 increased testosterone or anything which would make acne worse. My acne is mild, but I do not want it to get any worse. Also, since Alpha Male 5.0 is a Type C hybrid I guess I can not use Acne Relief Aid with it?
AM5 will increase your stress levels and that may potentially make your acne worse. That stress is part of how the program works, so relieving it through a program like stress relief would defuse the AM program. And you are correct, you cannot use two Type C programs together.

using Stress Relief diffuses AM?
I've been using it for a few weeks now, while I'm waiting for AM6 to be released. any harm in that?
If you are running Stress Relief at the same time as AM5/6, you'll de-fuse AM by removing the incentive to change. After AM, Stress Relief is fine. Not during, though.
