Subliminal Talk

Hi, I'm new to the forum. I have been experimenting with self-hypnosis for a few years now, but I'm new to subliminals. Recently I've been reading a few subliminal books by Eldon Taylor. Being that I'm a software engineer, as well as a semi-pro audio engineer, I find the concept of reprogramming the human mind with subliminal sound tracks to be intriguing.

What have been your results with self hypnosis?

I have not had much success with self hypnosis. I can get into trance, but the effect doesn't seem to last very long. I'm hoping that subliminals will work better for me long term since they bypass the conscious mind and go directly to the subconscious.
