Subliminal Talk

I have two friends who are interested in the above titles. Weird at it may seem, friend 'A' who wants to have bigger hands and feet - is because he's 6.2" tall, but his has small hands and feet in comparison to others. I've told him not to bother about it, but he insists he wants to have them bigger. (or slightly) Not sure if this is possible, since it has to do with our bones... but Sub's may do wonders and who knows.

Friend 'B' has had white hair since his teens. (Premature Graying) He's now around his late 30's, and he wants to get rid of it if possible. Subs may be able to do the trick?

Is there any Subs that can help to improve one's IQ? If yes which one is it and is it suitable for people under 16?
