Which would work better for a student? What is the difference between MLS 3.0 and MLS 2.0?

Both work well for students. One is more comprehensive, and one is more focused on a specific thing.

Maximum Learning Speed V2.0 was, IIRC, 3G and Version 3 is 4G. Only V3 is available, so it shouldn't matter much.
