Full Version: Questions for Shannon: AM 5.0 + OP + Meditation

Shannon, I have a couple of questions.

I am in the Stage 1, 1st week of AM 5. I do it regularly for 8 to 12 h per day. My questions are the followings:

- is it correct to add Overcome Pornography for max 4 h per day in couple with AM 5 (personally, I found 4h of OP have strong effects)?
- can I use your 10 Meditations set, 1 h per day? I am doing it already for 2 months, 1 set per month, and it really calms my mind.
- against the eventual negative states during AM, can I use Depression relief sub (1 h per day, until it passes away)? I did it last month for 2 weeks, 1 h per day, and I was amazed by the results.

If this is your first run-through, you will always do best to use AM by itself.

Yes. These do not compete with subliminal programming, so they are fine.

Not everyone experiences negative results, so don't expect them just because some people experience them. If you do experience depression that is more than you can handle, or feel safe using, you can try the depression relief aid or see a doctor for help. If the depression relief aid is what you choose to try, and it does not help immediately, discontinue the program until the depression goes away, and consider seeing a doctor for help with it. You should never rely on the depression relief aid if you believe your depression is life threatening.

Thanks a lot for your responses.

1) I ran AM in Feb-July 2013 but I stopped at the end of Stage 5. I wasn't very serious in the first run of AM 5 in terms of hours per day etc.

I wanted to use OP to avoid any form of pornography and mental masturbation during the AM run. Based on your response, I will avoid OP sub and I will use my will instead.

2) In July - Sept I used ASC 5. At the end of Aug I experienced strong negative states (but not closed to suicide or smth. similar, only medium depressive states). I used Depression relied and I was amazed by its power. But anyway, I will try to avoid using it and stick only to AM 5 + Meditations set.
