So I forgot to start on 21 Oct

I started on 23 Oct - stage 3
its been 10 days and I don't see much of a change but I've noticed changes in my body language when I'm walking or standing by. I feel strong from inside.

also note that I'm using "OF"
today I had an appointment with a woman and my survivor was at stake as I was about to lose 2 months of my income (still not decided)

and I actually cried. Never expected that but was embarrassed and shocked at the same time. I don't remember last time I cried infront of anyone.

things still looks fucked up from everywhere
nothing new but feeling a lot of tiredness. I wonder if its really working.

This one, my friend, happened to me from the beginning of AM5. I feel doubts, and thoughts to stop using it, cause I don't see any "outer changes". But, if you do introspection you'll see how AM5 done to you, and I mean a really deep introspection and awareness. Oh, I'm on stage 3, it's nice to compare each other Big Grin

I'm also using overcome fear

things haven't been looking good so far, maybe its just the storm before the clear sky Big Grin

edit: there is also a buzzing sound in my head like crickets + I've been sleeping a lot and sleep timing is very off like 9pm then wake up at 5am or don't sleep for 36hrs then sleep for 18hrs
so I did stage 3 for 35days instead of 32 days

30 nov - stage 4

my body is very tired, kinda stiff, feel like need to do yoga and stretch it out, feel like there are energy blocks

yeah looks like it. I'm more relaxed and my voice is a little deeper.

I've stopped porn/masturbation now for 5 days, I want to continue this.

+ I'm meditating everyday
Due to staying some place else and not having AM 5 stage 5, I had to use stage 4 for 38 days instead of 32 days. I also quit OF for 2 weeks now I've started back. I've used OF almost continuously over the last 4 months.

Stage 5 - 8 Jan

Shannon: Can I use Life tune up with AM 5?

also the speakers are 2-3 feet away and I use ultra sonic with 50-55% volume, that should be enough rite? otherwise it would be too high
So its been 12 days into stage 5, nothing new except vivid dreams

I'm not Shannon but I do know that you can't use LTU 5G with any other programs. Also, the ultrasonic calibration is done with the masked tracks. From the 3g / 4g instructions: "To calibrate the ultrasonic track is easy. Simply play the masked version at a comfortable level that you would normally use for music during the day. Then back the volume down one notch. "
I think Shannon wrote somewhere that you shouldn't use one stage more than another because each stage get you in one direction. And if you have done one too much you'll be off balance.

And now I'm wondering for example if this is okay to use stage 1 for 8h/day and stage 2 for 12h/day?
