If your last purchase of AM was Version 5.0, and you got a discount for having purchased AM 2011 before that, you will be eligible once again for a 50% discount, as long as you got the 50% discount on AM 5.0 and not a sale discount.
Every time you buy the upgrade to AM and upgrade from the previous version, you'll get a 50% discount as long as you did not buy it during a sale.

I am almost sorry for having bought AM at the sale. lol
Shannon, may I assume that these rules applies to SM3 as well? Got both at new year's sale.
Either way, the price I paid for SM2 was indeed ridiculous. So it won't be a big deal.

If you got SM2 at the ridiculous sale, you'll get the amount off of SM3 that you paid for SM2, unless that is more than 50% off the price of SM3.
