I'm using a spectrum analyzer app on my ipad while playing ultrasonic from a sony digital walkman and the analyzer does in fact show an 18000 Hz signal in the room.

This is great because I wasn't sure If my Sony was able to process a signal that high and I wasn't sure if my speakers were able to send that frequency. This is confirmation that they both work.

When I talk it comes in at about 2000 Hz by the way.
Human speech is typically 1-4 kHz. 2 kHz is about average.
Listening at night and through the day at work hasn't seemed to be effective. I'm going to add an hour of headphones regularly to see if that might be the missing ingredient.

Kids are not responding to the siblings sub yet either.
How long has it been?
Perhaps not long enough.

I started 16 days ago. I've listened about six hours a night except once that I had to abort midway. I've listened sporadically at work but have recently stepped that up to playing the silent all day so that I could listen whenever I'm in my office (3-5 hours a day). I have also listened for a couple of hours in my car and a couple of hours each weekend during the day.

I'd estimate about 110 hours or so.
You want to aim for 8+ hours a day, and you should be getting results by now. But if you're not, it's not unheard of, just very unusual. You'll want to keep going for at least 32 days total use before making an assessment, and as for the 3G sub for your kids, 32 days is a minimum for that, and 90+ is recommended.
Well I'm halfway through at this point. I might as well put in another couple of weeks.
Maybe the problem is listening primarily when sleeping... or using primarily silents during the day. Are either of these positively known to be effective? Is there evidence that sounds above human hearing can be comprehended somehow by the brain or that the brain can do something with this stuff while the body is asleep?

I'm starting to feel foolish.

Usage during the day or at night should not make a difference. These programs are positively known to be effective for about 98% of people when used properly. There is a small group who resists them. Usually the resistant types have to fight it, and they get some effect while doing it, just not what the program is supposed to be doing.

If you're not getting any results, I suggest considering that you verify the volume on the ultrasonic, or try switching to a masked track. You calibrated volume correctly and then verify it each time you use it, when using the ultrasonic, right?

In other news, I am working on upgrading "Get Along With Siblings" to 4G and have decided to completely redesign the script. This time I'm putting a lot more consideration into it, and it's a lot more challenging to create. But I think the results will be more than worth it. You are the one who was using that program?

Nept,

You might want to perform a few experiments. Finish the ASC for 32 days then run another simple program with masked only then run another one with ultrasonic only.

Then compare the results. This might give you an idea if ultrasonic is working for you.
Yes- I've calibrated the volume on the ultrasonic each night.

I've also been using the Get along with Siblings for my kids- ocean sounds.
ASC 5g is such a great program, I used it for 32 days while I slept at night all the way back in January and till this day I still feel that my confidence is so strong.

Thanks

Fonzy
I've been so crushingly tired lately- I'm not sure if its related to the subs or just flat out not getting enough sleep. I go to bed around 11 or so and get up around 6AM.

Last night, I skipped the subs because I wanted to see if I woke up any better. Still dog tired. This isn't exactly a new issue but I wasn't sure if it was worse than I remember. Perhaps I'll just try to make it an early night tonight.
Nept, any suggestions on what needs to be addressed in Get Along With Siblings 4G?

Also, crushingly tired sounds like it might be the result of one of two things to do with subliminals. First, deep stonewalling resistance can make you that tired without showing any obvious outward progress, which is very rare as a response, but possible. That's going to indicate that the sub is affecting you, but subconsciously you are attempting to block all reaction or affect. It can make you very, very tired (it feels like my eyes and brain are melting when I get that kind of tired).

The second possibility, if the tiredness is from the subliminals, is that you're using them too much versus the amount of rest you are getting. How many hours a day are you using the ASC?
