I have been using the Approach Anxiety sub for 3 weeks now.
I want to know if I could use this with AM5? As I plan on purchasing AM5 at the end of the month.

You should be able to use both, but I recommend giving AM the lion's share of your exposure time per day, at least 8 hours.
