Thought of two product ideas on the way home from work today and wanted to get some feedback and ideas for improvement.
I've been working in the corporate environment for the last few years and it has really hit me how unprepared the leadership in most organizations are for their positions. I think a product like this could really help put our businesses back on a path for success.
In my mind there are a few attributes that make great leaders and CEO's:

- Leadership
- Recognition of individual efforts.
- Respect from the lower level all the way up to the board of directors.
- Use of authority effectively.
- Vision to lead the company.
- The ability of execute.
- Passion
- Great communication skills
- Character / Integrity
- Ability to make a decision
- Drive to make things better
- Macromanagement - Control while still letting people do their jobs.
- Resourcefulness
- Continuous improvement as a person
