Subliminal Talk

I just finished AM yesterday , and i was pleased with the results. I own SM and was wondering how long i should wait before i start it.

Shannon recommends that one day for each generation plus one day
for each month used plus one day for the number if subliminals
used at the same time.That makes it 4+6+1.That's eleven days.

The break really helps everything integrate.

Which can be rounded up to 14, or 2 weeks as a good rule of thumb, but 11 days is fine too.
