Subliminal Talk

Hi,

I have a question which has really been bugging me, but it may sound silly. Is it OK for me to quickly switch the method in which I listen to the subliminals? Or would that confuse my subconscious mind? For example listening to a sub using the ultrasonic sounds through speakers while someone is around, then as soon as they go listening to the subs through my headphones. Basically transiting the method of listening in a short and quick period of time from one to the other.

Or is it better to wait a period of time before changing how i listen to them?

There is no problem switching listening methods. I do it myself.

Please be careful not to expose someone to an inappropriate ultrasonic, and especially children.

It's pretty much only my girlfriend that will be around when I listen to ultrasonic subs, and I only listen to the one that effects males so the exposure shouldn't harm her.
