I think if you know the beliefs causing the problem, know the events in which they were formed then the lefkoe method would work perfectly. I won't rule it out either.

"It's not safe to feel comfortable making noise"
or basic beliefs about safety and appropriateness..
"Making noise is dangerous"
"It's bad to raise a ruckus"

Drop the lefkoe method. Forget all about it. I have something 1000x better for you. It's called T3. T3 is one of the techniques grouped together with " Emotion Code - Body Code ".
You do it with a practionner. They, over phone, bring up and eliminate the subconscious beliefs that are causing certain issues in your life. They bring up themselves through your subconscious. I had a session about my social problems and some beliefs that were brought up are " I am shit, I am not worth anything, I am unloveable, etc..." It made a difference in my ability to communicate. I am not done yet but I believe it is one of the most effective techniques out there.
I then have an amazing technique to install an abundsnce of positive beliefs into the mind. Thos3 two work welld together.3
