In general, a man's age presents less of a barrier to women than vice versa, as long as the man isn't concerned about it and presents himself well.

So if you are charming and/or charismatic, have the right attitude, and dress well (no retirement home velcro shoes! ), you should be able to attract younger women. The trick is firmly establishing the frame/paradigm that your age is irrelevant.
