I have used affirmations that were recorded with my voice and then played on loop. Will this interfere with using subs? Technically they aren't the same as subs but maybe if heard while sleeping, would be like the same thing?
Just wanted to get an opinion on this.

What you are doing is actually subliminal, as long as you are either consciously ignoring it or you are asleep. Using recorded affirmations on loop is not going to be anywhere near as powerful as my subliminals, but it is going to have enough effect to cause issues if your scripting/phraseology conflicts with mine. Which only I can know... and I don't have the time to go over every script someone might want to use with one of my programs.
So, I suggest you either use your recorded affirmations, or my subliminals, but not both.
