Subliminal Talk

I use this one as and when needed , not on an ongoing basis .However when i use this it rarely takes me more than about 20 minutes to fall asleep .I usually play the ultrasonic silent version .

As someone who has struggled with insomnia for about 30 years , this has been a godsend . I have used herbal remedies with some success, however i prefer using this way ,without taking anything into the body .

Therefore i highly recommend this to anyone struggling with insomnia.

I'm astonished you use Deep Restful Sleep as needed. This is a subliminal mp3 and doesn't use brainwave entrainment. However, if it works for you, keep using it!

I'm someone who suffers from insomnia every now and then and in my case herbal remedies don't help. I'd love to try this sub, but there are so many subs that I want to try first so it'll probably have to wait for a while.
